Food most unhygienic, bad receptionist can't understand a thing and most unprofessional behavior, unventilated rooms with constant bad smell, responsive staff makes the stay little bearable, they charge you absurd amount for smallest of requests

They didn't allow a single minute extra for checkout,and it was clearly written that 2 hours late checkout is allowed.

When I gone to restaurant for breakfast in restaurants early morning there are a large number of cockroaches 🪳 on the bread 🍞 And cockroaches also in room So I have bad experience to stay there

Rooms were not eqiped with spoons ,bath water was Luke warm. Breakfast tables not equped with drinking water,no attendant,cockroches moving over bread.Terrible

This is regarding may recent stay at treebo the pavilion, railway station, nagpur. My review comments are as follows: the staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed linen was clean. Warm water in the bathroom was a problem. As i have to leave by 7:00 am, there was no warm water in the tap as it was on solar heater. There was no shampoo provided, it was just a single container with liquid soap. There was no hand nepkin provided. The breakfast had very limited options. No night lamp provided. Please also provide some toiletries as air travellers face problems.

The place is very comfortable to stay with all the amenities. Easy access to reach from railway station. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is tasty in the restaurant they have. Interiors are beautiful and a delight to the eye's of cricket fans.
